Gov. Rick Scott has appointed Teresa H. Davlantes to the Jacksonville Aviation Authority Board of Directors.
Dalvantes, whose appointment is subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate, will succeed Deborah Pass-Durham whose four-year term ends September 2015.
Since 2005 Davlantes has served as vice dean of Coastal Law School. Prior to 2005 she has served a variety of roles at the Jacksonville law school including interim associate academic dean, assistant academic dean, legal writing specialist and lawyering process instructor. Davlantes received her bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of Florida and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from Villanova University. She has also served on the Youth Crisis Center Board of Directors since 2009.
