Concessionaire Delaware North is adding three new concepts at Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) as it increases its investment at the airport to nearly 600 percent of its contractual obligation.
The concepts are BurgerFi, the fast-casual chain with more than 100 locations in the U.S., Bocce Club Pizza, the family-owned local restaurant that focuses on individual pizzas, and The Market on Elmwood that will offer a variety of fresh, high-quality hot and cold foods-to-go as well as retail items.
“We are excited to make this investment in the Buffalo airport,” says Victoria Hong, Delaware North director of corporate communications. “The Market on Elmwood and Bocce will bring local flavors to travelers and BurgerFi, the fastest growing hamburger concept in the U.S., will make its Western New York debut. We are proud to be part of our hometown airport.”
