Harvest & Grounds, by Delaware North, is the latest addition in McNamara Terminal C at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County (DTW).
The concept offers baked pastries, espresso drinks, sandwiches, salads, bite-to-eat plates and packaged snacks. The DTW location will also offer baked goods from the local Avalon Bakery and coffee from Ann Arbor’s Mighty Good Coffee Roasting Co. will be served.
“As we’ve done with our other food and retail outlets at DTW, we wanted Harvest & Grounds to be a reflection of the distinctive flavors found in Detroit,” says Kevin Kelly, president of Delaware North’s travel division. “By offering well-known and high-quality local products, we give travelers a true taste of the region.”
