Buffalo, N.Y.-based Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services has hired Scott Weingarten as vice president of business development.
“Scott’s experience in non-traditional real estate markets will prove beneficial to Travel Hospitality Services and our continued efforts to reach our growth goals for new business,” says Bob Stanton, vice president of strategy and brands.
Weingarten, who will report to Stanton, will be responsible for identifying opportunities for the company’s expansion, and conducting market research to target branded concepts for the company’s brand portfolio. Formerly with Panda Restaurant Group, Weingarten brings nearly 15 years of business development experience expanding the concept to locations such as universities, casinos, sports arenas, amusement parks, hospitals and airports. He will be based in Los Angeles.
