Delaware North Opens Barrio Brewing at TUS

Delaware North has opened Barrio Brewing Co. at Tucson International Airport (TUS) to provide craft beers and food from the state’s oldest craft brewery to airport travelers.

Located in the pre-security ticketing area of the airport, Barrio can be accessed by both ticketed and nonticketed passengers and also features a patio section with ample outdoor seating.

The brewery serves Barrio’s fan-favorite beers, including Barrio Blonde, Citrazona IPA, Nolan’s Porter dark beer, Rojo Scottish Amber Ale and Hipsterville hazy IPA. The food menu includes an array of salads and sandwiches, including a Reuben and Southwest chicken panini and a Sonoran hot dog, which is a signature dish in Tucson.

“We are excited to welcome Barrio Brewing Co to Tucson International Airport,” said Danette Bewley, Tucson Airport Authority president and CEO. “As passengers and those awaiting loved ones as they arrive at TUS, it is great to provide our customers with an opportunity to order food or a drink while pre-security. It is even better that we have a local favorite that is sure to be appreciated by Tucsonans and visitors alike.”
