Travelers through Will Rogers World (OKC) will now find Cross Grain Brewhouse among the concessions offerings, courtesy of Delaware North.
“We created Cross Grain Brewhouse as a place for air travelers to enjoy a great meal and relax with a local craft beer or homemade soda,” says Kevin Kelly, president of Delaware North’s travel hospitality business. “We are confident that our unique menu, regional flavors and world-class hospitality will make Cross Grain a favorite for those flying through Will Rogers World Airport.”
Located between Gates 18 and 20, the full-service restaurant and bar is 3,400 square feet, the first Cross Grain of this size for the company.
The chef-driven menu includes items such as housemade beer cheese soup, roasted Brussels sprouts and baby kale/quinoa salad. Burgers, flatbreads, sandwiches, salads and handcrafted sodas are also available. Bar offerings include brews from four Oklahoma breweries and wines from two local winemakers. Grab-and-go options will also be on hand for travelers who are in a hurry.
“Cross Grain Brewhouse provides a true destination dining experience at Will Rogers World Airport,” says Mark Kranenburg, director of airports for Oklahoma City. “We believe the chef-designed menu featuring artisanal food and the convenient passenger amenities built into the restaurant will encourage travelers to arrive a little earlier for their flights. We’re excited about this new concept and the passenger experience it affords our travelers.”
