Vito Buscemi is the new vice president of brands and concepts for Delaware North’s travel hospitality division.
Buscemi, who has been with Delaware North since 2003, was most recently the director of new concepts for the sportservice business. In that role, he developed concepts plans for sporting venues’ premium, concession and portable outlets. He also led design planning for redevelopment of existing operations. Buscemi did a previous stint with the travel hospitality business as director of concept portfolio, where he helped create industry-first concepts like The Food Network Kitchen, Skewers by Morimoto, Farmers Market @ LAX, Jay Z’s 40/40 Club and the Jack Nicklaus Golden Bear Grill.
As the vice president of brands concepts, Buscemi will report to Richard Ayson, senior vice president of business development. He will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic brand and concept plan for the travel hospitality business.
Before joining Delaware North, he operated and owned Vito’s Gourmet Market and was president and owner of Accadia Food Corporation.
