Deli & Co. has landed in Terminal 1 of Los Angeles International (LAX), courtesy of Areas USA.
Located near Gate 9, the grab-and-go concept is a proprietary brand from Areas. The menu includes baked goods, sandwiches, wraps, salads, juices and a variety of beverages.
“Areas is proud to debut the Deli & Co. brand in the United States,” says Xavier Rabell, CEO of Areas USA. “This concept delivers what our guests value – quality food and convenience.”
The location is 173 square feet will be open from 4 a.m. to 8 p.m.
“Our partnerships with Areas, Los Angeles World Airports and Southwest Airlines are helping to transform LAX into a world-class airport, and the opening of Deli & Co. in LAX Terminal 1 marks another key milestone,” says Keith Kaplan, vice president of development for Westfield, which manages the terminal. “Fresh, local flavors connect visitors to Los Angeles and improve the overall customer experience.”
