Delta Air Lines is giving its Sky Club members another perk at John F. Kennedy International (JFK).
It has teamed with OTG Management to offer made-to-order meals for purchase, as well added a full-service café© and bar.
“The new Sky Club café© concept at JFK is another step in Delta’s efforts to enhance the customer experience in New York in the air and on the ground and become New York’s preferred airline,” says Gail Grimmett, Delta’s senior vice president, New York. “The new dining offerings are a direct response to member requests for more substantial meal options in our clubs, and we’re confident the new full-service café©s we’ve developed with OTG will offer a truly superior customer experience.”
The new cafes include dedicated seating areas within the Sky Clubs. Customers have their choice of made-to-order breakfast options, sandwiches, salads, small plates and desserts for purchase, as well as wine, beer and premium liquors. Members can also order from the menu and dine anywhere in the club. Complimentary snacks and beverages are still being offered.
“OTG is proud to partner with Delta to enhance the travel experience for its customers by offering a superior dining experience,” says Rick Blatstein, CEO of OTG Management. “We have created an extensive dining menu for Sky Club members that we believe will exceed their expectations, with exceptional offerings served in a dedicated area and in an expedited manner.”
The Sky Clubs at JFK are in Terminal 3 near Gate 11 and the Duty Free shop adjacent to Gate 12, and in Terminal 2 on the Mezzanine Level near Gate 23.
