The City and County of Denver, through its Department of Aviation (City or DEN) seeks competitive proposals for the following concessions concepts to be operated at the Denver International Airport:
RFP No. 202054060 East Expansion Travel Convenience 1-6
This procurement consists of three locations in the B East and C East gate expansion areas comprising a total of 3,049 square feet. There is a location in the B East 3 subcore of 1,222 square feet, a location in the C East 2 subcore of 913 square feet, and a location in the C East 3 subcore of 914 square feet. These locations are to be developed as travel convenience retail locations to meet the needs of customers within the area. The term of this opportunity is 7 years.

Proposals Due: All proposals must be uploaded to BidNet no later than 2:00 PM, Denver Time, February 8, 2021. Original proposal surety must be received within 7 calendar days of proposal due date at the address listed in RFP Part A. If the original proposal surety is not received Proposer will be found non-responsive. Please note: DEN will not accept hand delivered proposal sureties for this opportunity.
Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference: A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 2:00 PM, Denver Time, January 13, 2021, virtually via Microsoft Teams. Multiple opportunities will be discussed at this same pre-proposal conference. Attending the meeting will qualify for all RFPs discussed during the meeting. All participants are required to sign up for the Pre-Proposal Conference via link : Pre-Proposal Conference Sign Up Link . Registration must be completed no later than 2:00 PM, Denver Time on January 7, 2021.

ACDBE/MWBE Requirements: The Commerce Hub has established a 25% ACDBE goal and The Division of Small Business Opportunity (DSBO) has established a 25% MWBE goal type participation.
