Denver International Airport (DEN) is looking to attract the next generation of aviation and airport leaders by hosting the virtual DEN Academy, an introduction to the world of aviation through interactive learning, critical thinking and team projects.
Open to students in 7th to 10th grades, the content includes video presentations from DEN professionals, virtual tours and hands-on projects using household objects.
Topics include careers at DEN, environmental and sustainability and each week, students will have the opportunity to interact with one another through Microsoft Teams.
Applications are being will be accepted on a first-come first-serve basis on the DEN website.
