While the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect travel and in-terminal dining, Denver International Airport (DEN) is aiming to connect with passengers with a virtual culinary series showcasing local chefs whose food is available at the airport.
The Taste of DEN series gives people the chance to follow along virtually as chefs from popular DEN restaurants share a favorite recipe from their menu and demonstrate how to make something delicious at home.
The first episode features Tom’s Urban Kitchen & Brewery Chef Robert Garton demonstrating how they make their well-known prime rib dip sandwich. The second episode will showcase the Root Down kitchen and show the creation of one of their signature vegan offerings.
