Joseph DiDomizio is leaving Hudson Group to pursue other interests, the company announced today.
Roger Fordyce, the former executive vice president and COO, has been appointed CEO of Hudson Group. Fordyce joined Hudson Group 30 years ago. In his previous role with Hudson Group he was responsible for the day-to-day general management of the company.
DiDomizio, whose career with Hudson Group spanned more than a quarter century, was appointed president and CEO in 2008. He also served as the divisional CEO North America of Dufry AG. DiDomizio was a key executive in expanding the footprint of the company and successfully led Hudson Group to become a listed company on the New York Stock Exchange in February 2018.
