Areas USA has opened five new food and beverage locations — Ashland Hill, Earthbar, Panda Express, Deli & Co., and The Parlor — in Los Angeles International Airport’s (LAX) Terminal 3. Four of these new operations are set in the 3,500-square-foot Dining Terrace food court, which opened Dec. 5. The Dining Terrace food court will be open daily from 4:00 a.m. to last flight.
Inside the Dining Terrace food court, Ashland Hill focuses on rustic Santa Monica cuisine with Midwest and West Coast influences. It will also feature local brews, a wine list and a full cocktail bar. Earthbar features healthy, fresh options like smoothies, salads and wraps. Panda Express’ menu encompasses a variety of Chinese entrées and sides. Deli & Co. is Areas’ proprietary grab-and-go concept. Its menu includes sandwiches, salads and desserts.
In addition to the Dining Terrace food court, Areas operates The Parlor, which opened in late November in T3. LAX’s version of The Parlor is based on the gastropub’s original Hollywood venue, which serves American comfort food and inventive cocktails in a refined sports-bar atmosphere.
“Areas is set to offer a collection of brands that will cater to the LAX traveler’s needs,” says Sergio Rodriguez, CEO of Areas USA. “It is exciting to be a part of improving the guest experience, and this taste of California will help do just that.”
