Hungry travelers have a new choice for food at the AIRMALL® at
Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI) now that
Maryland-based DuClaw Brewing Co. has opened.
“DuClaw Brewing Co. is an excellent local establishment that will offer
our travelers outstanding new dining options,” says Paul J. Wiedefeld,
executive director of the Maryland Aviation Administration. “BWI
Marshall Airport is pleased to continue offering quality local brands
and products to our customers.”
Menu options at the restaurant, which is adjacent to the Southwest
Airlines ticket counter, include salads, pasta, burgers and appetizers,
as well as specialty beers on tap.
“DuClaw is well known in Maryland for its finely crafted brews and
tasty pub food,” says Carol Fearns, vice president of BAA Maryland,
developer of the AIRMALL®. “Now that it has opened its newest location
at BWI, we know it will become a favorite among both travelers and
people who might be visiting the airport. Moreover, diners can order a
pint, select a full meal from the menu or share some snacks knowing
that when the bill comes, they will pay ‘Regular Mall
Prices…Guaranteed.’ It’s a hallmark of the AIRMALL®.”
It is the locally based company’s first airport location, having opened its first brewery in 1996.
