Dufry Group has announced a new, simplified organizational structure. Effective immediately, the new structure will make processes within the company more efficient. Dufry has done this in the hopes of speeding up growth and digital transformation.
In this structure Dufry’s former “Group Executive Committee” has been replaced by a “Global Executive Committee” composed of Group CEO Julian Diaz, Deputy Group CEO José Antonio Gea, CFO Andreas Schneiter, Chief Corporate Officer Luis Marin, General Counsel Pascal Duclos, CEO of Operations and Strategy Eugenio Andrades, and Global Marketing and Digital Innovation Director Javier Gonzalez.
Dufry has also created the Divisional Executive Committee, which will include Dufry’s divisional CEOs Pedro Castro, Andrea Belardini, René Riedi and Joe DiDomizio, as well as General Manager for Brazil and Bolivia Gustavo Fagundes and Global Resources Director Jordi Martin Consuegra. All will leave the former Group Executive Committee.
Joe DiDomizio will report to Julian Diaz directly. Other members of the Divisional Executive Committee will report to Eugenio Andrades.
