Elevate Gourmet Brands unveiled its newest concept, San Francisco Mac + Cheese Kitchen, which is set to launch at San Francisco International Airport’s Terminal 3 this spring.
The gourmet, fast-casual mac and cheese concept will offer a menu for all day parts. Additionally, the location will offer a bar showcasing local Bay Area beer and wine.
Menu highlights include the Signature Crab Mac with artisan noodles, white cheese blend topped with local Dungeness crab and microgreens, and the Gilroy Garlic Mac topped with Pecorino Romano and Gilroy’s famous roasted garlic. Mac and cheese dishes can be customized with a broad selection of toppings. Various sides, salads and gluten-free and non-GMO options will also be available. The restaurant will offer a children’s menu, along with a full selection of sweet and savory pastries. A breakfast menu will offer customizable scrambles and a selection of breakfast brioches.
The Mac + Cheese concept is one of two new lease locations at SFO for Elevate Gourmet Brands and joint venture partner Aimhigh ESG. The second new lease is for a kiosk location for Green Beans Coffee.
