Employment Opportunities at Argyle International Airport, St. Vincent and the Grenadines

The Argyle International Airport, a Greenfield airport now under construction, will become operational in November 2015. The airport is being built on the south-eastern end of St. Vincent. This new international airport is seen by the current administration as an important infrastructure to help St. Vincent and the Grenadines address the air access difficulties that have hindered the growth of the country’s tourism sector and the country on a whole.

To ensure the efficient and smooth operation of this new international airport, the International Airport Development Company (IADC), the company responsible for the construction of the airport and for putting in place an effective management structure is seeking to recruit suitably qualified persons to operate and manage the airport.

These positions are as follows:

  • Chief Executive Officer
  • Manager – Finance and Administration
  • Chief of Security
  • Manager – Facilities Maintenance
  • Manager – Ground Handling Services
  • Manager – Operations and Services
