Encounter, the renown restaurant inside Los Angeles International’s (LAX) Theme Building that closed eight months ago when a chunk of stucco fell from an upper arch, has re-opened for business. The restaurant’s Web site listed Monday, Nov. 12 as the date it would resume business. It will be open for lunch seven days a week and dinner on Friday and Saturday.
