The Center Core at Pittsburgh International (PIT) is home to a new concept offering fare made with fresh ingredients and seasonal produce.
Farm Fresh Deli occupies a 607-square-foot location. It offers specialty sandwiches, potato salad, coleslaw, pasta salad, salads made with organic greens and organic soups. There is also a breakfast menu that features sandwiches and paninis with sausage or bacon, cage-free eggs and carved ham.
“Pittsburgh Farm Fresh Deli not only treats travelers to their favorite classic deli foods, they elevate the menu with natural, organic and specialty dishes,” says Bob Kerlik, vice president of media relations. “They also source some produce locally when in season.”
