FAT Makes Leadership Appointments

Michael Musca has been named assistant director of aviation at Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT), and Melissa Garza-Perry has taken the position of airports properties manager.

Musca replaces Daniel Weber, who will retire in January 2019 after 40 years in the airport industry. Musca has 28 years of airport management experience and most recently led FAT’s business development team within the properties division. As assistant director of aviation, Musca will be responsible for day-to-day operations, public safety, business and property management, and marketing efforts for both FAT and Fresno Chandler Executive Airport (FCH).

Garza-Perry succeeds Musca’s role as airports properties manager. She has worked in FAT’s properties division for more than 14 years. Garza-Perry will be responsible for airport-airline lease agreements as well as non-airline airport revenue sources such as concession, rental car, parking and land lease agreements. Contract compliance and business land development will also be led by Garza-Perry.
