Jeffrey P. Fegan has been elected chairman of the board of directors of North Texas Leaders and Executives Advocating Diversity.
LEAD, an organization of major employers, aims to make the North Texas region more attractive to professionals. It boasts 98 professionals that have found employment after going through the LEAD process.
The 2011 directors include Fegan, CEO of Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW); Vice Chairman Robert Pence, CEO of Freese and Nichols; Treasurer Dick Ruddell, president of the Fort Worth Transportation Authority; and Secretary Mike Guyton, vice president of Oncor Electric Delivery.
