Fraport USA joined officials from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) this week in hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the FirstCall Medical Center, a full-service urgent care facility with covid-19 medical services for airport employees, passengers and visitors at the airport.
Located pre-security in the BWI Main Terminal near Concourse C, the FirstCall Medical Center will provide emergency care; first aid; covid-19 vaccinations and PCR and rapid antigen testing; travel vaccines; and more. Walk-ins are welcome, and most major insurance plans are accepted.
Maryland Governor Larry Hogan attended the ceremony and said, “This new state-of-the-art urgent care facility at BWI is a shining example of how Maryland remains committed to the health and safety of our residents and visitors. Getting vaccinated against COVID-19 is the best way to prevent severe illness and hospitalization from the virus, and we are pleased to further expand our vaccination network.”
