The City of San José (“City”), Norman Y. Mineta San José International Airport (“SJC”) is now accepting proposals for Food and Beverage Concession Opportunities at SJC.
The City believes that SJC offers several unique and highly visible opportunities for qualified food and beverage operators in the form of three Packages:
Package I: Prime Operator Package consisting of blocks of space equivalent to 12 current concession locations throughout Terminals A and B, for a total of 15,254 sq. ft.
Package II: One Individual Location in Terminal B consisting of 1,166 sq. ft.
Package III: One Individual Location in Terminal B consisting of 876 sq. ft.
Proposals must be received by March 14, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. PST. Proposals received after this deadline will be deemed non-responsive and will be returned unopened.
A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Tour will be held on January 17, 2019, at 9:00 am PST at Norman Y. Mineta San José International Airport-Administration Offices located at 1701 Airport Boulevard, Suite B-1130, San Jose, CA 95110.
