Food and Beverage Concession Opportunities at San Francisco International Airport

San Francisco International Airport is accepting proposals for the International Terminal Food and Beverage Concession Leases, which cover 17 locations throughout the International Terminal and one in Terminal 3. The Lease terms have been revised since the original release. Interested parties should review and make note of the changes. The Lease grants the right to provide Food and Beverage at the Airport for a term of ten years with two one-year options, and seven years with three one-year options, at the Airport’s discretion. The proposed minimum acceptable financial offers are from $120,000.00 to $910,000.00, which will be the successful Proposer’s minimum annual guarantee for the first year of the Lease. The Airport intends to award the Leases to the highest-ranked, most responsive and responsible proposer. Each proposer must submit a proposal deposit in the amount of $35,000.00 to $125,000.00 as a guarantee that the proposer will execute said Lease. This proposal deposit shall be in the form of a cashier’s check, surety bond or irrevocable letter of credit in its original form.

Proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18, 2015.
