Food & Beverage Concessions Director – Denver International Airport

Denver International Airport (DEN) is seeking a Food and Beverage Concessions Director to develop and implement new strategies that enhance the DEN customer experience. You will also expand airport concession opportunities in consumer services such as food and beverage, retail, advertising, sponsorships and other passenger service services or businesses.
Education Requirement: 

Baccalaureate Degree or higher in business, marketing, retail management, hospitality, or a related field.
Experience Requirement:
Three (3) or more years’ professional level experience in at least one of the following fields:
• Food and Beverage
• Concession Management
• Restaurant Management (Multiple store environment)
• Airport Administration/Management
Education/Experience Equivalency: A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education and experience requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Five (5) or more years’ experience in one of the following fields:
Food and Beverage
Concession Management
Restaurant Management (Multiple store environment)
Airport Administration/Management
• Two (2) years supervisory experience
• Be self-motivated and driven to achieve
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with peers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
