LGA Partners has promoted four team members and will soon have a presence in Cleveland.
Wayne Chang, David Schaefer and Scott Bofinger have each been promoted to the role of partner within the firm. They join Suzan Lami, Bob Grubb, Paulette Burns and Jonathan Glance.
Chang has been with the firm for eights years, three of which he served as an associate. He specializes in specialty retail, restaurant and airport work.
Schaefer has worked in the field for 24 years and been an associate at LGA for four. He is experienced in multi-family residential, corporate and educational projects.
Bofinger has been an associate at LGA for the past years but has been in the field for almost two decades. He specializes in urban design and planning projects, as well as multi-family housing.
Finally, Jim Noe has been promoted to the role of principal and will oversee the firm’s efforts in the Cleveland market. He has been with LGA for more than 16 years. He focuses on the design of custom residential, senior, tax-credit-funded and affordable housing.
