Fraport USA has partnered with Skyport Hospitality to bring four new dining options to the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE). The multi-year contract covers 5,700 square feet of new and renovated concessions space.
“We share Skyport’s mission to elevate what it means to eat and drink at an airport.
Through our partnership and with these new establishments, we are aiming to deliver that and more to serve the airport’s growing passenger base,” says Tina LaForte, vice president of Fraport Cleveland, the developer and manager of the retail program at the airport.
The new concession offerings at CLE will include Wow Bao, an Asian-inspired quick service location; a Shake Shack; Cantina Taqueria and Tequila Bar, which will offer Mexican-inspired menu items; and 800 Degrees Woodfired Kitchen, an L.A.-based pizza concept.
The new units are expected to be up and running by winter of this year.
