Boston Food Concepts will manage a Friendly’s Ice Cream concept slated to open this spring at Boston Logan International (BOS).
The eatery will be across from Gate 19 in Terminal A, which is operated by Westfield.
Boston Food Concepts operates more than 50 full- and quick-service restaurants in transit locations across the United States, including seven airports. This is Friendly’s first airport location. Construction began in late January.

I know that with BFC overseeing day-to-day operations, our first foray into a busy airport environment will be a major success.”
In addition to ice cream products, Friendly’s will serve breakfast sandwiches that feature farm-fresh eggs and home fries, and a selection of grab-and-go items, such as salads topped with grilled chicken, fresh fruit bowls and yogurt parfaits.
