Seattle-based consolidated rent-a-car facility developer, operator and financier Conrac Solutions has named James Gill as its new chief financial and administrative officer. In his new role, Gill will manage operational functions including finance, human resources, information technology and administration with responsibility for financial performance, compliance and capital and operating budgets.

Gill most recently was general manager of New Jersey airports for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. In that role, he oversaw operations and management of Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) and Teterboro Airport (TEB). Previously, he served as president and CEO of Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR) in Grand Rapids, MI and as chief operating officer and chief financial officer for Allegheny County Airport Authority.
