Greenberg & Stewart to Keynote at ARN Conference

Airport Revenue News (ARN) announces Peter Greenberg and Julia A. Stewart as the keynote speakers at the upcoming ARN 2008 Revenue Conference & Exhibition.  The conference will be held from February 24-26 in Dallas, Texas at the Gaylord Texan Hotel & Convention Center.
 
Peter Greenberg is the nation’s preeminent expert on all things travel.  Covering several mediums, Mr. Greenberg is the travel editor for NBC and as well as a ‘Today’ show regular, a best-selling author of the The Travel Detective series, contributing editor to Men’s Health magazine, a contributor to Forbes and The New Yorker, and is host of a syndicated, nationally broadcasted radio show on XM Satellite Radio.  Mr. Greenberg has won a National Emmy Award for best investigative reporting for his ABC 20/20 special, ‘What Happened to the Children?,’ has served as vice president of television for Paramount, developing shows such as MacGyver and led the MGM creative team that created the show thirtysomething.

Julia A. Stewart serves as chairperson and chief executive officer of IHOP Corp.  During her tenure, Ms. Stewart has implemented strategies that have revitalized the IHOP brand, increased sales and achieved record stock prices.   Ms. Stewart is a veteran of the foodservice industry having previously served most notably as president of the domestic division of Applebee’s International, held key executive positions with Taco Bell Corporation and marketing positions with Spoons Grill & Bar, Burger King Corp., and Carl’s Jr. Restaurants.  She has received prestigious industry honors such as the Elliot Leadership Institute’s Mentor Award, Women’s foodservice Forum Trailblazer Award, the International Food manufacturers Association’s Silver Plate, the California Restaurant Association’s Golden Chain and the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainer’s Commitment to People award.
