Claude Guillaume has been named executive vice president of full-service restaurants and bars for Hojeij Branded Foods.
Guillaume has been with HBF since January 2016 as vice president of guest experience. He focused on improving the guest experience across HBF’s U.S. portfolio, which includes P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Longhorn Steakhouse, Gordon Biersch, Plum Market, Bigalora Wood Fired Cucina, Atlanta Hawks Bar and Grill, TAP: A Gastropub, multiple piano bars and five of Chef Cat Cora’s restaurants.
