HappyOrNot has unveiled its new customer feedback terminal, Smiley Touch. A touchscreen tablet terminal, Smiley Touch utilizes mobile network technology and a tiered feedback system to provide organizations with more nuanced customer insights.
Smiley Touch’s tiered feedback system follows a three-response process. Users interacting with a Smiley Touch terminal answer a main question first and then a follow-up question from a pre-selected list that pertains to the issue selected in the main question. After that users can give open feedback by typing in a free-response text box.
