The Heart Cart program has arrived at Toronto-Pearson International (YYZ).
The Heart Cart will education passengers and airport employees on how to use automated external defibulators. The airport has more than 190 of the devices, which can increase survival of someone suffering sudden cardiac arrest by at least 30%.
To introduce the program, the Greater Toronto Airports Authority will host an event at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the airport. It will be in Terminal 1, near the interfaith chapel.
