Hissho Sushi Rolls Into BNA

Travelers passing through Nashville International (BNA) will now be able to stop for nigiri, sashimi, sake and other offerings, courtesy of Hissho Sushi.

Operated by HMSHost Corp., the concept in the Concourse C Food Court will serve up specialty rolls such as the BNA Roll, consisting of spicy salmon, cucumber and jalapeno, topped with sushi-grade tilapia, wasabi sauce and spicy mayo, as well as the Music City Roll, made of spicy crab and cucumber, topped with sliced tuna and sweet chili sauce. Sake, beer, spirits and wine also are available. All menu items, including the sushi in the grab-and-go cases, are made to order.

The BNA location will serve Japanese-style breakfast food, which is a first for Hissho Sushi. The menu includes Salted Salmon, Chashu BBQ Pork, Tamago Pork Belly Steamed Bun and Oatmeal Congee. Breakfast items will be served until 10:30 a.m.

“Hissho Sushi is our newest restaurant to open at BNA offering fresh, hand-rolled sushi as well as other delicious Japanese-style dishes,” says, Rob Wigington, president and CEO of the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority. “This is the new look of airport food, and we’re proud to offer such a diverse selection of dining options at BNA.”
