For the second year in a row, HMSHost Corp. will be hosting Airport Restaurant Month, an event based on Restaurant Week events held in cities across the country.
About 60 restaurants in nearly 40 airports will feature seasonal fall menus. HMSHost’s executive chef and culinary team have come up with special offerings based on the season, including a pan-roasted Atlantic salmon with maple mustard, grilled chicken breast with fall mushroom ragout and a Berkshire pork tenderloin with caramelized apples, pan jus. Appetizers and sides are available, as well as wine pairings to complement the cuisine.
“This October marks the first anniversary of the debut of Airport Restaurant Month, and we are thrilled to be offering travelers this month-long culinary event again with seasonally themed menus,” says Atousa Ghoreichi, vice president of marketing for HMSHost.
