HMSHost Brings The Cocktail Room to MSP

HMSHost has partnered with local distillery Tattersall Distilling to bring The Cocktail Room to Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP), providing travelers to the airport with a varied selection of cocktails featuring craft distilled spirits.

Located in Concourse A in MSP’s Terminal 1, The Cocktail Room features exclusive drinks, as well as a menu of bar bites and plates featuring local sourced products such as Wisconsin cheese. Among the food items passengers can sample are smoked salmon, lemon pepper wings, house made onion dip and chicken bacon flatbread.

Tattersall Distilling is a nationally acclaimed Minneapolis-based craft distiller, known for award-winning spirits such as organic vodka, straight rye whiskey, apple brandy, aquavit and gin. Many of the company’s distinctive drinks are already showcased at Tattersall’s The Cocktail Room at 18th and Central in the northeast section of the city.

“The Cocktail Room at 18th and Central speaks to the trend of elevated cocktail bars in American cities and airports,” says Michael Price, HMSHost vice president of business development. “It’s great to work with locally-based Tattersall because they represent the culture of MSP.”
