Travelers who have cleared security at Fresno Yosemite International (FAT) are now able to get their Starbucks fix.
Previously, passengers had to buy and drink their coffees at a pre-security kiosk in the central terminal lobby. Since HMSHost Corp. opened the second store Nov. 19, customers now have the option of consuming their beverages in the lounge, at the gate or on their aircraft.
“The airport is thrilled that HMSHost has recognized the tremendous demand for the Starbucks experience by adding a second location to accommodate passengers in the secured area,” says FAT’s Interim Director of Aviation Kevin Meikle. “As a partner, we value the concessionaire’s continued support of the airport’s customer service and community efforts.”
The new location, on the first floor and before Gates 5 and 6, will be open 4:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. The original kiosk will keep its hours of 5 a.m. to midnight.
