HMSHost Corp. has declared October as Airport Restaurant Month.
During the next month, travelers can dine from special menus created for the occasion at participating airport restaurants across North America by the company’s corporate executive chef and culinary team.
The promotion transitions Restaurant Week, during which street-side restaurants show off their culinary skills, into the non-traditional space.
“Award-winning chefs sharing culinary creations during Restaurant Week is always something diners look forward to,” says Atousa Ghoreichi, HMSHost’s vice president of marketing. “HMSHost’s Airport Restaurant Month was created to drive that same excitement for guests dining in select airports – but for a whole month.”
Restaurants at 20 airports in which HMSHost operates are taking part.
