HMSHost Corp. has received extensions of its airport concessions contracts at Sacramento International (SMF), Sarasota-Bradenton International (SRQ), and Palm Beach International (PBI).
In addition to the extensions HMSHost will open several new locations at the three airports.
At SMF, HMSHost will add Lemon Grass, a Vietnamese and Thai eatery, a Quiznos, a Starbucks Coffee and a Saladworks as part of the new deal, which runs through 2014.
The new contract at SRQ runs through 2022. New eateries will include a 12th Fairway Bar and Grill, developed in cooperation with Golf Digest Magazine for golf and scotch lovers, pre-security. Post-security HMSHost will add a Starbucks Coffee, a Freshens yogurt shop.
At PBI, HMSHost’s contract was extended through 2024. New food and beverage outlets there will include in Terminal C a new Chili’s Too, a Starbucks, a Quiznos, and a Nick’s Tomato Pie, a casual Italian restaurant. In Terminal B, Host will renovate and enlarge the existing Starbucks Coffee. Several existing restaurants at Palm Beach International Airport will remain unchanged including Burger King, Cinnabon, Freshens, California Pizza Kitchen, Sam Snead’s Tavern and Rooney’s Public House.
