HMSHost Corp. unveiled its latest food truck offering, Los Angeles-based Food & Bounty, at it’s rotating food truck inside Terminal 4 at Los Angeles international (LAX).
Led by Chef Helen Cavallo, Food & Bounty is guided by a “real food, real fresh” philosophy, HMSHost said. The concept is the latest at the stationary food truck, which showcases a rotation of Los Angeles culinary offerings.
Food & Bounty’s menu includes the Wafflino, a gourmet grilled cheese prepared in a waffle iron; the Mexican Street Corn Salad; and the Bounty Bowl, which contains Spanish rice, veggie hash, beet sticks and a choice of chicken or veggies. The venue also serves an all-day breakfast menu, along with fresh juices and other beverages.
“At LAX we are constantly striving to provide our guests with experiences that are uniquely LA, and our rotating local food truck program is a very popular example of these efforts,” said Debbie Bowers, deputy executive director for commercial development at Los Angeles World Airports.
