HMSHost Corp. is offering up new dining options at Ottawa International (YOW) and Portland International (PDX).
D’Arcy McGee’s, which can be found on Level 2 past security at YOW, is the first airport location for Prime Pubs, a chain of authentic Irish pubs, and a Prime Restaurants of Canada Inc. brand. The 2,200-sq.ft. eatery features an oak bar, pub seating and a variety of Irish dishes.
“We are very happy to have D’Arcy McGee’s at the airport” says Paul Benoit, president and chief executive officer of the Ottawa International Airport Authority. “Our customers want delicious food and a comfortable place to wait for their flight, and D’Arcy McGee’s offers that and more.”
In Portland, travelers can find Rogue Ales Public House and Rose’s Restaurant and Bakery.
“HMSHost has been a great partner to Portland International Airport, bringing the restaurant brands our travelers recognize and are pleased to find at our airport,” says Scott Kilgo, senior manager of concessions development for the Port of Portland.
Rogue Ales Public House, in the D Concourse, offers Hazelnut Brown Nectar, Dead Guy Ale, American Amber and Morimoto Soba Ale, in addition to wine and spirits. Customers can either take food to go or dine at the restaurant.
At Rose’s Restaurant and Bakery, an established Portland landmark, patrons can find New York-style deli fare, pastries, cakes and desserts, as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner.
“Portland International Airport offers an outstanding passenger experience and we’re glad to partner with the concessions development team to offer food and beverage brands that satisfy travelers and make the day better for them,” says Pat Banducci, senior vice president of business development for HMSHost.
