The John Muir Grille, a new concept by HMSHost Corp., is now open at Fresno Yosemite International (FAT).
The restaurant and wine bar will feature wines and beers produced in the California Central Valley region. Wineries represented in the restaurants lineup are Fresno State Winery, Wine Company and Toca Madera. Brews will come from the Tioga-Sequoia Brewing Company, along with seasonal selections from 559 Brewery.
The menu was designed by the restaurant’s director of operations Damien Chaptinel and fellow HMSHost chefs to complement the beverage offerings. The menu includes appetizers, cheese and charcuterie trays, and gourmet burgers.
“HMSHost has truly exceeded expectations of developing a dining concept that supports local businesses and provides travelers with an authentic sample of the region’s talented beverage producers,” says Kevin Meikle, director of aviation at FAT. “Our airport concession partners are committed to connecting with the communities they serve, and the John Muir Grille operated by HMSHost is an example of this effort.”
