HMSHost and the St. Louis Blues NHL team are partnering on The Blue Note, a hockey themed restaurant formally opening next week at St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL).
Located near Gate E18 in Terminal 2, The Blue Note will feature a décor filled with memorabilia from the team’s more than 50 years in the NHL. The dine-in menu will feature breakfast items such as Bluesberry Pancakes and lunch and dinner selections that include. Game 7 Poutine, Louie’s Nachos, Hat Trick Quesadilla, Chicken Cordon Blues, Blues Burger, and the Penalty Box Salad.
The full-service bar offers in-dining or to-go craft brews, wine and cocktails also inspired by the 2019 NHL Stanley Cup winners.
“The Blue Note has turned Terminal 2 into center ice, where every day is now a game-day dining experience,” says Bryan Loden, HMSHost vice president of business development. “HMSHost, its joint venture partner D&D Concessions LLC, the airport, and the St. Louis Blues teamed up on this unique restaurant that is a must stop for blue bleeding fans and all STL travelers.”
