HMSHost Puts Brewmasters On Tap For STL Customers

The St. Louis Brewmasters Tap Room is now slinging cold ones at Lambert-St. Louis International (STL).

HMSHost Corp. opened the restaurant on Terminal 2’s Concourse E, where consumers can find beers from local, regional and national breweries. Menu options include the Pale Ale pulled pork sandwiches, Brewmasters’ grilled buffalo chicken salad and the Taproom’s signature cinnamon waffle served with Nutella and vanilla ice cream.

“In recent years, we’ve partnered with HMSHost to offer our travelers more local choices with regional appeal and the Brewmasters Tap Room hits the mark,” says Lambert Director Rhonda Hamm-Niebruegge.

The restaurant is designed with reclaimed barn wood and butcher-block countertops, and there is a wall made of beer bottles from featured local breweries.

“HMSHost is proud to help honor the history of the great city of St. Louis,” says Stephen Douglas, vice president of business development at HMSHost. “The St. Louis Brewmasters Tap Room gives travelers a chance to experience the local St. Louis culture without ever leaving the airport.”
