Kansas City, Mo.-based HNTB Corp. has added three professionals to its aviation practice. Laurie Cullen, AAE, associate vice president; Kent McLemore, AICP, aviation and planning industry expert; and Dennis Mewshaw, senior transportation project manager will join about 300 other aviation professionals at different offices around the country.
Cullen has spent 20 years in aviation most recently with the Rhode Island Airport Corp. She also served as airside program manager at the Massachusetts Port Authority, and she will be based in Boston.
McLemore joins HNTB from the Houston Airport System where he spent seven years as assistant director of aviation. He’ll be based in the company’s Houston office.
Joining from the Clark County Department of Aviation, Mewshaw joins the Las Vegas office with 25 years of aviation background.
Spokeswoman Sara Prem told ARN about 10% of the company’s annual sales are derived from the company’s aviation practice that includes expertise in aviation planning, aviation engineering, airport business services, environmental planning and terminal planning and design. The company has more than 60 offices nationwide.
