HOU Announces Four New Concessions

William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) will open four new restaurants through the end of 2025 as part of the airport’s multi-year concessions overhaul. New offerings will include Michelin Guide-recognized Killen’s Barbeque, well-known bakery and brunch brand Common Bond Bistro and Bakery, Houston-based Spindletap Brewery and a Houston-themed location of national brand Yard House brewery. The new concepts will join the recently opened Pei Wei and new Chick-fil-A in the West Concourse, as well as a recently opened Starbucks, Houston-based Throughgood Bistro and farm-to-table restaurant and music venue The Rustic.

“These restaurants are not just exciting additions—they’re strategic,” said Libby Hurley, director of concessions for Houston Airports. “They reflect a deliberate mix of national reach and Houston flavor, all designed to meet the expectations of modern travelers.”
