The Vancouver Airport Authority has awarded new retail contracts to Hudson Group that will bring news, gifts, and retail shops to the Vancouver International (YVR) Domestic and Transborder areas. The contracts are expected to generate around $50M in revenue over the life of the agreements, making it one of the largest deals in Hudson’s portfolio.
Hudson will bring a Hudson News store to the domestic terminal and an Olympic Store and temporary kiosk in the Transborder area. It will also add six distinctive specialty retail concepts to the airport program as well. Those stores are Daniel Le Chocolat Belge, Accessorize, Sunglass Hut, Discover BC/Crafthouse and Vancouver Aquarium.
