Hudson, Plum Market Tapped For OMA Concessions

The Omaha Airport Authority has approved 19 new concessions leases for the future terminal at Eppley Airfield. Hudson and Plum Market will each lead joint ventures that include Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation. In total, three pre-security and 16 post-security concessions will be added as part of the Build OMA Terminal Modernization program.

“When we requested proposals, we had a goal of choosing a variety of concepts that reflect Omaha both in local and regional options, as well as national options for OMA travelers,” said Omaha Airport Authority CEO Dave Roth. “Our new concessions, as part of the Build OMA Terminal Modernization Program, will move us forward in our vision to be the best airport in the Midwest.”

The 19 dining and retail locations in the Eppley Airfield concessions program will include 17 different options with nine that are local to Omaha. It will also feature 22 additional local brand products offered at the various dining and retail options throughout the terminal.

Restaurant offerings include farm-to-table fare from Block 16, all-natural chicken tenders from Chicken Guy!, Mexican cuisine from Fernando’s, American Chinese cuisine from Panda Express, Omaha-based pie shop Pitch Pizzeria, organic and health-focused fare from Plum Market, signature sandwiches from Omaha-based Runza, an outpost of the Sambazon Açaí Bowls, Scooter’s coffee, Starbucks, and The Mill Coffee & Tea.

Retail concepts include a 50th Street Market, a Blackstone Supply featuring The Bookworm bookstore, Hollywood  Candy, Hudson, iPorte, and gifts from Uniquely Omaha. The new concepts are slated to open in 2027.
