Terminal B of Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW) is now home to Icebox Cafe, the second location for the concept in DFW and its fourth airport location overall.
The fast-casual concept offers pastries, muffins, soups, on-site rotisserie, build-your-own salads, sandwiches, paninis and desserts.
“The success of Icebox Cafe DFW, our first on-site, made-from-scratch airport bakery, prompted us to continue growing our brand at DFW, the fourth busiest airport in the world,” says Robert Siegmann, founder and owner of Icebox Cafe, LC. “Today’s mindful travelers have parlayed their healthy eating habits to what they consume at airports. Our brand, renowned for bringing locally sourced, fresh ingredients to airport settings, offers the traveling public unexpectedly upscale comfort in the form of natural, well prepared, delicious food, served in a warm and friendly setting.”
Icebox Cafe serves all three meals and is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
